Airport.... and he is talking to the MPP,s and the Mp,s about getting Toronto and Montreal online. .. also a very large contract went out overseas. he didnt say. i find things out always after it happens . but that is the way we all get news .. EH??? . im starting to feel better and getting slowly back into the swing of things. also he is in production on the TV series LESS LETHAL. His managers and him help in the documentation on the show . it shows the real life happenings when you have the proper stuff. they dont shoot people but ya,ll know show biz. /20/2008 Cayman Island Prison Personnel trained in all of our less lethal products.

Officers from the Cayman Island Prison trained in all of our less lethal products that will be deployed on the Island. The Instructor training consisted of defender I , defender II , shot gun , 50 cal. rifle, and the NRA law enforcement training of live fire. Our Chief Instructor Ed Bogats did the training.

The Cayman Islands were granted their own coat of arms on 14 May 1958. The arms depict three green gold edged stars on blue and white wavy lines. This represents the three islands and the blue lines, the Caribbean Sea.

The red chief above the stars shows the Lion of England which represents the ties to the British. The turtle is the National symbol of the Cayman Islands and the rope it stands on represents the thatch rope industry that is an important part of Cayman's history.

The pineapple at the top of the Cayman Island arms symbolizes the part of history when the Islands were a dependence of Jamaica (which was until 1962 a dependent of Great Britain).

Item 4.01 Changes in the Registrant’s Certifying Accountant

(a)

On July 28, 2008, (the “Company”) received notice of the merger of Danziger Hocham Partners LLP (“Danziger”), the company independent registered public accountants, with MSCM LLP, (“MSCM”), to be effective August 1, 2008.

The report of Danziger on the financial statements of the Company for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007 did not contain any adverse opinion or disclaimer of opinion and was not qualified or modified as to uncertainty, audit scope or accounting principles.

During the Company’ year ended December 31, 2007 and during the period from the end of the most recently completed fiscal year through October 14, 2008, date on which the Company’s Audit Committee approved the engagement of MSCM and Danziger ceasing being the Company’s auditors, there were no disagreements between the Company and Danziger on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or auditing scope or procedures, which disagreements, if not resolved to the satisfaction of Danziger, would have caused Danziger to make reference to the subject matter of the disagreements in connection with its audit reports on the Company’s financial statements. Danziger did not advise the Company of any of the matters specified in item 304(a)(1)(v) of Regulation S-K.

(b) Engagement of Independent Accountant.

During the Company’s fiscal year ended December 31, 2007 and the subsequent period through to date, the Company had no consultations’ with MSCM regarding (a) the application of accounting principles to a specified transaction, wither completed or proposed, or the type of audit opinion that might be rendered on the Company’s consolidated financial statements as to which the Company received a written report or oral advice that was an important factor in reaching a decision on any accounting, auditing or financial reporting issue; (b) any matter that was the subject of a disagreement, as defined in Item 304(a)(1)(v) of Regulation S-K., or (c) any matter that was the subject of reportable event, as defined in Item 304(a)(1)(v) of Regulation S-K.

The Company has provided Danziger with a copy of the above disclosures as required by Item 304(a)(1)(v) of Regulation S-K. in conjunction with the filing of the Form 8-K. The Company has requested that Danziger deliver to it a letter addressed to the Securities and Exchange Commission stating whether Danziger agrees with the disclosures made by the Company in response to Item 304(a)(1)(v) of Regulation S-K. and if not, stating the respects in which it does not agree, Danziger’s letter is filed as Exhibit 16 here to and incorporated herein by reference.

i phoned Barry and asked him all about this light. it has nothing to do with th company and shouldnt even be on here. the light does work sometimes . he want things to work 100% . wont touch a sometime thing. this co. has nothing to do with his. we have talked about this before. you wanted a meeting with him to dicuss electical systems or what ever it is you do or sell , i say  that because i dont really know what it is you do. you have told me a number of times that you dont like the share structure and the way it is set up. i went to Barry and dicussed this with him like you asked. what more do you want. His willing to meet with you at any given time with a little notice. and he is still waiting for a phone call from you. even after you tore a strip off me you then call me to see how i am doing and if you can get into see him . now i suggested this also when your down this way we could and very well go out for lunch or dinner. i try to  accomadate whatever you are doing even going to tell himm that people will invest IF HE GETS ON THE TSX. now i have tried to do everything i can do to help you. so here is what you can do - call him and set it up for yourself. i can do no more than that. i really have tried to what i can and i am a very compedant person. i ran buss. for 25 years. i OWNED 2 bookstores( 6 employees) 1 Home improvement co( 5 men) 2 painting comp,s,(15-20 men depending on season) a Trucking and excavating and snow removal co and sub-contracting-9 men and 4 sub-contractors and a demolition co which employed 5 men.and was involved in the Gravel bussiness. also i was at one time sat on a Union board and recieved the most votes at that time which was 93% at the time the most votes ever collected for that position. i also know one of the owners of the Machine shop where Lamperd does a consideral amout of business. so i think i am capable of doing whatever you want me to do. however when someone says they are very satisfied how things are done i will not push because i make a friend. and friends you dont push. i do all of this after you strip me of or tried to. i still went to bat for you. and you let and asked for my opinion about Hooters and other things that go on on this board. and people still swear.
